Online Orders

You shall be responsible for the accuracy of an order and for giving us any information necessary for us to fulfil your order.

Our products are subject to availability and due to the seasonal nature of our business, some flowers may not be in stock at the time of your order.

We aim to inform you of the availability of bouquets by displaying such information on the Website when you browse the products.

However, if the information is displayed incorrectly and we are unable to supply you with the exact bouquet due to the fact that some of the flowers are out of stock, we will provide you with a bouquet or items of equivalent price and quality.

We do try to make sure that all details contained within the Website are as accurate as possible.

Please note that any details and/or specifications of the products and bouquets offered by us (including but not limited to any photographs of the bouquets) are intended as a guide only and give only a general approximation of the bouquets.

For example, the actual colour of the flowers may vary from the colour in the accompanying photograph depending on your monitor display.

Please note that Gift Vouchers are only valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Please note that there is a 5 day turnaround for Christmas wreaths.

Payment

go.botanica accept payment via PayPal either by using your PayPal account or by providing your debit or credit card details.

The card will be charged at the point at which the order is confirmed and the customer will be informed of this transaction via e-mail.

In the unlikely event of an order being placed on an ‘out of stock’ item, the customer will be informed via e-mail and the card refunded.

Prices

Prices of our products are subject to change.

Christmas Wreath Workshops

A 50% deposit is required to book with the remaining 50% being due at the workshop. If you need to cancel we will provide a full refund if you cancel more than 4 weeks from the date of the workshop.

If you cancel within 4 weeks of the workshop we will give you a credit note or gift voucher for the amount that you have paid.

Local Delivery & Collection

We offer local delivery and collection from our shops in Hove, Haywards Heath or Lewes. If your delivery address is in our local delivery area you will be able to select delivery when you check out.

If you would like to collect your order, you will be able to select the shop (Hove, Haywards Heath or Lewes) that you want to collect from.

Orders placed before 8.30am can be delivered on the same day in the local area within a 3 mile radius.

We make every endeavour to ensure items are delivered however where we’re unable to find someone to accept delivery, or unable to leave the delivery in a secure location, we will leave a card at the address for the recipient to arrange to pick up from one of our shops (Hove, Haywards Heath or Lewes).

Orders for collection must be made over 30 minutes before you wish to pick up the item. It is your responsibility to ensure that you select the correct pick up location. Items ordered are only available for pick up during our normal trading hours.

Data Protection

Your details will never be passed on to a third party and you will not receive advertising from any other company through go.botanica.

Vase deposits

Certain products require a vase deposit, in this event we will contact you directly to take payment over the phone. Deposits will be refunded in store provided items are returned intact within 48 hours of your event. for alternative collection arrangements please contact your store.
